Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Sports & Orthopedics)
Location: Forney, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs./week

We are a growing outpatient practice specializing in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, recently expanding to a second location in Sunnyvale. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care in a collaborative, supportive, and patient-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals return to peak performance while advancing their own professional growth under the mentorship of a fellowship-trained specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with sports and orthopedic injuries (ankle, foot, knee, hip, shoulder, spine, etc.) across diverse age groups.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to athletes, active patients, and general orthopedic populations.
• Manage patient care independently and ensure continuity when supervising providers are unavailable.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and billing in compliance with outpatient standards.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, particularly for evening shifts, to accommodate athletes and school-age patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and clinic growth.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license (or license-eligible) in California.
• Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic/sports rehabilitation experience (required).
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and interest in continued professional growth in orthopedics.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and outpatient billing systems.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient engagement abilities.
