Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are focused on enhancing productivity and streamlining operations in the Assembly and Machining departments. Our team drives new product launches with precision, ensuring seamless transitions from design to manufacturing under the guidance of the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement projects addressing safety, quality, cost reduction, and new product initiatives.
• Optimize manufacturing productivity and support process management using lean and statistical tools.
• Investigate manufacturing challenges and recommend solutions for process enhancement.
• Partner with design engineers for cost-effective product designs and identify new manufacturing technologies.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing operations/production support.
• At least 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in Assembly, Machining (CNC & Manual), Sheet Metal, Fabricating and/or Maintenance environment is preferred.
