Electrophysiology physician job in Kentucky :

Locum Electrophysiologist Lexington, Kentucky (Clinic-Only Focus | KY License Required for June / July)

Assignment Details

Start Date : ASAP

Number of Providers Needed : 24

Schedule : Flexible options include :

5x8s

7 on / 7 off

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

25 days / week or 1 week / month

Coverage Focus : Clinic only (primary need) optional 1-day procedure block per week

Amount of Coverage / Month : Flexible

Shift Setting : Academic / Hospital-based practice

Bilingual (Spanish) : Highly preferred, not required

Clinical Responsibilities

Clinic Volume : 1620 patients per half-day (varies with APP support)

Outreach clinic volumes are lower

Patient Mix : New and follow-up patients

New : 2040 minutes

Follow-up : 1530 minutes

Procedures (Optional) :

Ablations

Pacemaker implants

Other EP procedures

Support Staff : 3 staff physicians

Supportive APP team

EMR : Epic

Requirements

Board Status : Board Eligible or Board Certified in Electrophysiology (fellowship-trained)

License :

Active KY license Required (especially for June / July)

Will consider candidates willing to license

DEA : Required (KY-specific)

Experience : Minimum 1 year in Electrophysiology
