Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

Fresh off a successful funding round, this cutting‑edge Series B startup is building chip‑scale, solid‑state THz vision technology that delivers exceptional imaging performance and paves the way for new possibilities in mobility, defense, and beyond.

As an Analog / Mixed‑Signal IC Design Engineer, you’ll lead this innovation, developing low‑power analog and mixed‑signal circuits critical to their novel sensor architecture. You’ll work closely with RF, systems, and digital teams to bring next‑generation sensor chips from concept to silicon.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and verification of high‑performance mixed‑signal ICs, including GHz multiplexed AFE, RFIC AMS architecture, and analog front‑end (AFE) circuits
• Design key analog and mixed‑signal blocks such as SAR ADCs, LVDS, bandgap, SerDes, and serializers
• Contribute to digital integration, real‑number modeling (RNM), DFT implementation, and silicon bring‑up activities
• Derive block‑level specifications from system requirements and participate in architecture discussions
• Own schematic design, pre‑ / post‑layout simulation, and verification using industry‑standard EDA tools
• Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure robust and efficient physical design
• Partner with RF, digital, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of mixed‑signal IP into the overall sensor SoC
