Greets and assists customers at the counter in completing transactions to obtain motor vehicle titles and processes Motor Vehicle Department transactions.

Examples of Duties

• Greets and assists customers at the counter in completing transactions to obtain motor vehicle titles;
• Issue and collect fees for various types of Motor Vehicle titles updating State-titling records;
• Pre-processes titles from vehicle dealers or financial institutions;
• Issues titles & licenses for motor vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, ATV's, boats, and motor homes.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience/Training:

• Graduation from high school or G.E.D; and
• One (1) years' experience in the performance of secretarial duties, including visitor reception tasks and the maintenance of records and files; or
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Finalist(s) must pass a background check.
