Now Hiring – Multiple Positions (Temp-to-Hire) – Weekly Pay!

Location : Salisbury, NC

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

Pay : $14 / hr + $2 / hr Attendance Bonus (Weekly Pay!)

We’re currently hiring for multiple temp-to-hire positions in Salisbury, NC. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that values hard work, reliability, and teamwork. Weekly pay and an attendance bonus make this the perfect time to join our team!

Available Positions :

1st Shift Grinder Operator (Forklift Certified)

  • Operate grinders and other production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load / unload materials using a forklift (certification required)
  • Monitor product quality and maintain production standards

2nd Shift Grinder Helper

  • Assist operators in daily production tasks
  • Feed materials into machines and handle finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    • 2nd Shift Facilities Maintenance

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
  • Troubleshoot minor electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues
  • Support production team with maintenance-related needs

    • Requirements :

  • Must be reliable and punctual (attendance bonus eligibility!)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift certification required for Grinder Operator position
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Must be able to provide references
