Responsibilities

Summary

This position is to protect the assets of our tribe, our internal and external guests. This position also requires the ability to enforce the company policy and procedures. Promote an outgoing, friendly guest-service personality at all times. Additionally this position is responsible for :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Check guest identification in compliance with gaming compact regulations.
• Manage lost and found to best ensure found items are returned to their rightful owners.
• Respond to calls for escorts, chip fills, markers and credits
• Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, disturbances and medical needs.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's mission, "Unconquered Vision, Unparalleled Service, Unlimited Future, and values of Fast, Fun, Friendly, Fresh and Focused in all we do.
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and / or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• And other duties assigned by your management team.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
