Job Description :

Job Summary : The Supervisor, Subrogation assists with the case management of subrogation and recovery litigation and ensures recovery processes are handled consistently within all organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements. Must act as a leader by building constructive relationships and by supporting department leadership in developing, setting and executing department goals and the strategic plan.

Education : Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, operations management or a related field required. Associates degree with at least 5 years subrogation case management experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Experience : Three years' experience in collections, legal, claim processing or subrogation required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
