Missouri Licensed Conflicts Attorney

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze all new business for legal and business conflicts of interest

Utilize databases to assess conflicts of interest reports related to clients and matters

Facilitate resolution of conflicts issues and maintain accurate records of conflicts resolutions

Required Qualifications

JD and licensed to practice law with at least 2 years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney in a law firm

Prior experience with law firms or corporate legal departments

Experience with conflicts analysis is preferred but not required

Knowledge of Intapp conflict checks and ethical wall software is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
