Responsibilities :

• Manage daily office operations, including answering phones.
• Maintain and organize files, both electronic and paper, for easy access.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Support bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
• Implement office procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
