Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians, rental teams, and customers
Handle incoming calls and process service requests on various topics
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
Must be open to working all shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to process changes
