Job descriptionIntegrate multiple elements of finished design (such as backplane / interconnect, Work with other members of the development team to support corporate design Prepare recommendations for production and technology roadmaps that support Assist in generating production and technology roadmaps that support customer Support actively customer base with design improvements that enhance Provide complex technical support to customer base to enhance manufacturability Supporting Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from Production Team in I / II shifts
Job Summary

involves being responsible for designing, validating, and implementing innovative and cost-
effective product solutions of complex scope to support the organization in prototype development through full-scale production.
What a typical day looks like :
- Apply complex design practices and procedures to assigned product portfolio in
areas like sheet metal design / fabrication, soft tooling processes (sheet metal
stamping / fabrication, tig / mig / spot welding) and equipment; telecom infrastructure
