Required Skills :

Valid State Nursing License for Idaho

Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience

Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts (6a-6p / 6p-6a)

Nice to Have Skills :

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Prior experience in a similar acute care setting or progressive nursing environment

Preferred Education and Experience :

Registered Nursing Degree (BSN preferred but not mandatory)

At least 1 year of professional experience in acute care or similar fast-paced medical settings

Other Requirements :

Valid State License in Idaho

Open schedule with availability for day and night shifts

Must be able to work in a facility without housing or extensive orientation requirements
