A company is looking for a Corporate Employee Relations Specialist - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee relations matters, including resolving Tier 1 cases and leading Tier 2 investigations
Partner with managers to address performance and workplace concerns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Assist in ER data tracking, trend analysis, and reporting to foster a positive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-4 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and compliance
Proficiency in ER case tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HR Acuity, EQS)
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Experience in a multi-site or operational environment (e.g., retail, logistics, manufacturing) preferred
