What Youll Do
This role is designed for early-career marketers with strong potential in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand growth.
You will apply one core skillsetdigital marketing & lead generationto two key tracks :
Landelion Brand Growth
Drive lead generation through SEO, ads, email campaigns, and content marketing
Build and refine brand assets (website, social, case studies, sales decks)
Engage inbound prospects : qualify leads and support sales in closing deals
Client Cross-Border Marketing Projects
Act as project lead for client campaigns, delivering full-stack support
Apply our three-layer model (Marketing ? Content ? Execution) to drive results
Manage digital campaigns and coordinate localized content production
Collaborate with sales and client stakeholders to align goals and solutions
Support client retention through reporting, upsell, and renewals
Core Skillset (applies to both tracks)
SEO, paid ads, email marketing, content funnels
Copywriting for websites, social posts, videos, case studies, sales materials
Analytics & optimization with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, dashboards
Cross-border execution across the U.S., China, and other international markets
Who You Are
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
03 years experience (internships & project work count)
Strong foundation in digital marketing practices
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Ability to collaborate in teams and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn in a multicultural team
HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
AI tools, video editing, visual content creation
Interest in U.S.Asia business (Mandarin a plus)
Familiarity with either U.S. or Chinese market
Compensation & Growth
Youll master one set of digital marketing skills and apply them in two tracksgrowing Landelions brand and executing cross-border client projectswhile building expertise in both U.S.-to-China and China-to-global market expansion.
