Job descriptionProvide inpatient medicalcare as part of a 7-on / 7-off rotation, supporting a balanced work-lifeschedule. Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct patient assessments,daily rounds, admissions, and discharges. Maintain accurate andorganized clinical documentation using the Cerner EMR system. Participate in initiativesthat enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team satisfaction. Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM / ABFM). Valid Massachusetts medicallicense (or eligibility to obtain one). Strong clinical anddiagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based medicine. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment.
