Duties and Responsibilities : Total Project Oversight
Lead the full project lifecycle for commercial HVAC installations, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budgetAct as the central communication liaison between the office, field teams (foremen / superintendents), and General ContractorsManage project resources by coordinating manpower allocation, controlling the supply chain, and purchasing / scheduling all equipment, materials, and subcontractorsMonitor progress, conduct regular site visits and job meetings to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, and proactively address all project issuesComplete all necessary project documentation, including submittals, O&M manuals, and oversee final closeout activities (owner walk-throughs and as-built coordination)Background of the Successful Candidate
5+ years of experience in a project management or leadership role within the HVAC or Mechanical contracting industryProven technical expertise in HVAC design, system installation, and familiarity with relevant construction codesDemonstrated ability to supervise, lead, and communicate equally well with General Contractors, field personnel (foreman / superintendents), and office staffExcellent organizational and leadership skills with an aptitude for budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving.Experience or familiarity with CAD and / or Revit is preferredA solid work history showing dedication and growth in the commercial construction sector
