Marketing Operations Specialist

As we think about the next phase of growth for our 600+ restaurants, we need a detail-oriented self-starter to help us create processes and manage our marketing / technology stack. The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and building upon First Watchs marketing operations platforms, including management of new restaurant opens, menu updates, restaurant waitlist management, off-premise channel maintenance and platform setup to improve the customer experience and create seamless workflows between marketing and other departments.
This ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented team player with strong project management and problem-solving skills. They are energized by creating processes to better support restaurant operators in delivering an exceptional customer experience and is a great role for someone familiar with restaurant operations. This position is based in the First Watch Home Office in Bradenton, FL, with travel about 20% of the time.
