Job descriptionCompetitive Wages and Benefits Package Now offering Daily Pay Night shift differential of $2.00 Monday-Thursday and $3.00 Friday-Sunday Attendance bonus of $3.00 Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Overtime Pay Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance 401K Flexible Spending Account Conveniently accessible by public transportation Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status. Assist with patient assessments and care planning. Provide basic patient care, such as wound dressings, catheter care, and taking blood samples. Collect and maintain patient health information and records. Assist with patient grooming, mobility, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate with patients and their families. Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Report any changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or healthcare provider. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. High school diploma or equivalent LPN certification in the state of KY Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
