Physical therapist

A great healthcare facility located just outside of Fort Benton, Montana, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to be part of a fantastic team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare!

Pay : $36.00 - $52.00 / hour

$20,000 retention bonus

Up to $7,000 in relocation assistance

Physical Therapist Opportunity :

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Schedule : day shift, 5-8’s or 4-10’s
  • Setting : opportunities to work in outpatient, inpatient, and float
  • Incentive : $20,000 retention bonus and up to $7,000 in relocation assistance

Physical Therapist Responsibilities :

  • Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team
  • Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
  • Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

    • Physical Therapist Qualifications :

  • BLS Certification
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)
