Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Overview :
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Contract Sales department. This is a full-time position with excellent growth potential a private office and a complete benefits package. Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities :
Handle general office tasks and daily administrative duties
Assist customers via phone and computer
Provide basic product information and project updates
Support account-related needs and maintain customer relationships
Manage high call volumes as needed
Requirements :
Customer service sales or office experience preferred
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills
Good work ethic and reliability
Must have a completely clear background
Schedule :
MondayThursday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM
Friday : 8 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM
Every other Friday off
Pay :
$15 / hour during training
