Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, Adults, and the CD population. In addition to our in-patient services, we offer out-patient programs as well. Wellstone currently is in search of an experienced Director of Plant Ops.

The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including maintenance, grounds keeping and environmental services while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves on the Safety / Risk Management Committee. Candidate must be able to multitask and promote a service excellence culture and maintain optimism at all times. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus AVAILABLE!!! Qualifications

Education : Degree in facility management, equivalent in trade school degree, or related field preferred; or equivalent in related experience.

Experience : A minimum of four (4) years related experience with at least one year of management experience. Must have experience with reading blueprints and understand Life Safety Code and OSHA Regulations. Must have an understanding of Ohms Law and refrigeration theory.

Licensure : Must have a valid drivers license.

Additional Requirements : Must have complete knowledge of the physical plant within two weeks of hire and be able to speak fluently in front of audiences. Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
