Overview

Job Summary

The hide pattern trimmer is the process of trimming unusable areas of the hide to specific hide pattern. The hide pattern trimmer will use a knife to remove the faceplate, knee area, tail, and udder / cod of the hide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Trim faceplate keeping square cheek area
• Open shanks and trim knee
• Open tail and trim square
• Trim teats and fat stringers

Summary

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
