Java Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Java Technical Lead to drive the design and development of scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex Java applications throughout the software development lifecycle

Gather requirements, design application architecture, and propose infrastructure changes

Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of Java development experience

Proficiency in Java frameworks, particularly Spring Boot and Java EE components

Experience with Java web frameworks and testing tools

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes

Knowledge of Java build tools and application containers
