  • Pataskala, Ohio Salary Range : Negotiable based on experience Full Benefits, Profit Sharing & 401K Monday – Friday, Flexible. 40hrs / wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed) Tired of the same old job postings and boring jobs?

  • Opportunity Contract Lumber is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance Team in Pataskala, OH.
  • This person will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to :

  • Day to Day Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work.
  • Assist in preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help maintain grounds by mowing lawns, removing snow, and performing basic landscaping.
  • Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
  • Have Fun and Enjoy What you do!!   Skill Set Great Attitude and a Team Player Previous experience in general maintenance, construction or handyman work.
  • Knowledgeable with various electrical and plumbing components Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment                                  Work in indoor / outdoor conditions Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid drivers license as this role does require some travel to other locations as needed.
