Manager of Nursing - Pediatric Dialysis and Apheresis

Job Description

We're searching for a Manager of Inpatient Nursing, someone who's ready to be part of the best ranked children's hospital in Texas and among the best in the nation. In this position, you will maintain shift accountability for clinical and personnel activities and provide support to the Assistant Clinical Director.

The Patient Care Manager participates in the delivery of high quality, family-centered, and developmentally appropriate patient care at the unit level.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN) required
• RN - Lic-Registered Nurses by the Texas Board of Nursing or Nurse Licensure Compact required
• BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association required
• Certification in specialty-specific area or nursing leadership, with completion of certification within 1 year of assuming the role preferred
• 2 years Nursing experience required (experience in dialysis and apheresis)

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
