Warehouse Associate

PrideStaff is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC . As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be primarily responsible for the receiving side of our business, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of incoming materials. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within our company.

Location : Charlotte, NC 28205

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Hourly Rate : $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receiving & Unloading : Unload incoming trucks and verify shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Material Handling : Safely move and stage materials using a forklift. Forklift certification is a significant plus.
• Inventory Management : Perform inventory counts, track part numbers, and assist with replenishment activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Picking & Packing : Accurately pick and pack parts and equipment for outbound shipments as needed.
• Physical Labor : Must be able to consistently lift and carry materials weighing over 50 pounds.
• Assembly & Mechanical Knowledge : Perform some light assembly tasks and utilize basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment preparation.
• Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Steel-toed boots are required.
