Health Insurance; Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance plans (for eligible seasonal employees after working 500 hours)Free ski passes for dependentsCritical Illness and Accident plansJob Summary : The Sr. Manager of the Beaver Creek Club manages all aspects of the club, including its activities and the relationships between the club and its Governance Board, members, guests, employees, Vail Resorts, and Beaver Creek community. This person will coordinate and administer the club's policies, as defined by Vail Resorts. This Sr. Manager develops operating policies and procedures, and directs all department managers' work, including clubhouse, dining yurt, and spa operations. Responsibilities also include implementing and monitoring the budget, monitoring the quality of the club's products and services, and ensuring maximum member and guest satisfaction. In addition, this Sr. Manager secures and protects the club's assets, including facilities and equipment.

Implements general policies established by Vail Resorts; directs their administration and executionPlans develops, and approves specific operational policies, programs, procedures, and methods in concert with general policiesDevelops, maintains, and administers a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessaryCoordinates development of operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements for the club; takes effective corrective action as requiredProvides advice and recommendations to the Senior Director of Signature Clubs about maintenance, materials, supplies, equipment, and services not offered in approved plans and / or budgetsAssures that the club is operated consistently in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal lawsOversees the care and maintenance of all the club's physical assets and facilitiesEnsures the highest standards for food, beverage, sports and recreation, entertainment, and other club servicesCollaborate with Beaver Creek Mountain Dining leadership to ensure on-mountain dining / private cabin experience is meeting / exceeding Club expectationsCollaborate closely with the Beaver Creek Golf Club leadership to ensure seamless members experience between the Mountain Clubhouse and Golf Club. Oversee full operations and programing the Beaver Creek Tennis CenterEstablishes and monitors compliance with purchasing policies and proceduresReviews and initiates programs to provide members with a variety of popular eventsAnalyzes financial statements, manages cash flow, and establishes controls to safeguard fundsReviews income and costs relative to goals; takes corrective action as necessaryWorks with subordinate department heads to schedule, supervise, direct and develop the work of all club employeesOther duties as assignedJob Qualifications :
Bachelor's DegreePrevious club or hospitality experienceProficiency navigating Microsoft Office Suite and procurement systemsProficiency speaking, writing, and understanding EnglishPrevious experience managing maintenance and housekeeping, and possessing a general knowledge of procurement and orderingPreferred :
