Position Summary
As a Sales Representative you will receive telephone calls, text messages and emails through multiple marketing channels regarding HVAC services or our air duct cleaning services. You will need to successfully close the sale and set an appointment for services.
Provide resolution and close sales by walking clients through a selling path of gathering information, determining needs and scheduling service appointments.
Make outgoing follow-up telephone calls to undecided leads and win back leads.
Provide specific package and promotion details for clients.
Skills
Ability and desire to operate computer and telephone systems while seated for extended periods of time.
Previous HVAC skills/knowledge are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous customer service experience via phones and other technology.
Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently within a diverse team environment.
Ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure.
Hard working with an upbeat attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft products, tabbed web-browsing, copy/paste shortcuts & instant messaging.
Can accurately type 35 words per minute.
