This role is pivotal in constructing robust infrastructure projects by performing complex welds according to engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform advanced welding operations using Flux Core and MIG techniques in a shop environment, following blueprints and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, understanding the technical aspects such as heat settings, voltage, and amperage necessary for different jobs.
• Inspect and test welds and structure, ensuring they meet company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to interpret designs and plan welding activities.
• Manage materials to ensure proper usage and inventory levels; maintain equipment and handle materials properly to avoid waste or damage.
• Mentor and train junior welders and peers in welding techniques and safety protocols.
