Lead Patient Service Representative
Orthopedic Center of Colorado is looking for a Full-Time Lead Patient Service Representative! This role will help support our Inverness and Lowry locations. Monday-Friday. Position Pay Range is $20.57 - $23.54.
The Patient Services Representative Lead oversees the front office staff to ensure that service levels are met. In this role, the PSR Lead performs administrative tasks to include : answering phones, data entry, assists in patient scheduling, ensuring they are seen timely, enters charges, verifies patients' insurance coverage, receive payments and issues receipts. Ensures that all Patient Service Representatives are thinking globally and doing what is necessary to take care of the patient (i.e. schedule them timely, schedule them at the first available appointment time regardless of center location, and providing accurate exam prep information).

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but oversees the front office staff to ensure that service levels are met.
Work Environment :
This job operates in an outpatient clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
