Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Polysomnographer Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Sleep Study (Travel) Location : Sioux Falls, SD Employment Type : Contract (13 Weeks) Start Date : ASAP Shift : Nights (3x12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours total) Gross Weekly Pay : $1,876 (Taxable : $630 | Non-Taxable : $1,246) Responsibilities Perform diagnostic sleep studies and PAP therapy titrations according to physician orders. Check in patients, set up and calibrate equipment, and ensure accurate data collection. Apply and remove electrodes, monitor patient activity, and score sleep stages as needed. Document all procedures accurately in computerized charting systems. Maintain and clean all equipment following safety and infection control standards. Collaborate with other sleep techs and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Equipment & Systems Used Computerized Charting Natus XLTech Sleep Works ResMed S9 Devices Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Polysomnographic Technologist. Active RPSGT certification required. BLS certification (American Heart Association). Must be able to work night shifts (Sunday-Thursday) ; 12-hour shifts. No floating or call required. Must badge in / out at the facility and adhere to local compliance standards.
