General Summary

The Training Coordinator shall develop, conduct, and document training for all relevant topics to remain compliant with policies and procedures of the following organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Trains employees on forklifts and aerial booms
• Provides employees with practical tests
• Maintains a training program and documentation in the format prescribed in NIH policies and procedures, and standards for Orientation, Education, Training and Competency of Staff
• Schedule in-service training, which includes copies of lesson plans and a monthly report to the COR.
• Order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
• Coordinates with management to ensure all required trainings are being administered to employees
• Other duties as assigned
