Network Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Network Support Engineer (Part Time Contractor - Up to 20 Hours per Month).

Key Responsibilities

Perform analysis and troubleshooting of products in customer environments

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues using various tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network upgrades

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in network engineering or support in enterprise-level environments

Deep understanding of networking protocols and technologies

Proven experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Hands-on experience with network hardware from leading vendors

Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree
