Reports to : Sales Manager

Position Objective :

The Merchandising Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Red Bull, Beer and other non-alcoholic products are merchandised within assigned accounts according to the company’s account standards.

Description of Physical Tasks :

Keep shelves and Accounts clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Pushes / pulls hand truck to machine or shelves and loads appropriate company products. Climbing in and out of vehicle and proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities Include

• In charge of managing and directing, on a daily basis, all merchandising employees of the company.
• Coordination of Merchandiser hiring process with assistance of Supervisor.
• Directly responsible for onboarding, training, development, discipline, programs / documentation for merchandising staff.
• In charge of coordinating with Delivery department all delivery and merchandising of accounts on a daily basis.
• Managing employees hours, and scheduling of all merchandising employees to ensure all accounts are merchandised in an efficiently and timely manner. This would include :
