RYVAN Recruiting is looking for a Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for managing key client projects between Ft Myers and Naples, FL.
The Project Manager will oversee the coordination and completion of multiple Division 5 construction projects with a focus on custom metal fabrication to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and scope as well as set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.
Responsibilities : Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of projectsEnsure projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budgetPrepare reports for upper management regarding the status of a project.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectivesEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill setsTrack project performance and analyze the successful completion of goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsRequirements : 6+ years working experience in project management within the Construction Industry Division 5 - Miscellaneous Metals preferred Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills-Proficient with multi-unit, commercial and residential projectsSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office DIRECT HIRE $85-$95k (DOE)
