Job Title : Construction Laborer

Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will be responsible for loading and unloading super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes and helping to operate large 3D printers used in printing out 3D homes to meet production goals. You will primarily operate equipment daily, with occasional responsibilities such as site clean-up, moving materials, and assisting with printing tasks. We value a team-first mentality, so being open to collaboration and a variety of tasks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes.
• Operate JCB 510 and Manitu equipment daily.
• Assist with site clean-up and material relocation.
• Contribute to various tasks as needed, including printing support.

Work Environment

All work is conducted in an outdoor construction setting. Shift options include day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM or night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with varying pay rates. Flexibility in shift assignments and site locations is important, offering a dynamic and engaging work experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
