Base pay range

$60,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation including contracts, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to track project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam software for project management and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Assist in the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.
  • Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and managing vendor relationships.
  • Assist in the resolution of technical issues and discrepancies that arise during construction.

    • Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years construction experience
  • BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Civil construction experience a plus (roads, bridges, tunnels, marine, etc)
