Our Team

Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is where experienced, highly trained professionals advance the health of patients through specialized, expert treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal (bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons) problems. The practice’s holistic approach to orthopedics involves coordination of personalized services within the practice and with other providers, to ensure a comprehensive range of care to people of all ages. We have combined expertise in all major orthopedic specialties, including sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand & upper extremities, joint replacement and spine care.

We are located at 329 Conway Street, Greenfield, MA 01301.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Per diem Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite on Mondays and Fridays from 8 : 30am-5 : 50pm. While this role will primarily be at our Greenfield location, there is possibility to cover at our two other sites in West Hatfield (4 West Street West Hatfield, MA 01088) and Amherst (170 University Dr Amherst, MA 01003).

The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception / administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with insurance payers preferred
  • Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
