Job description

Assembly Operator - CPR Simulation

Join our team as an Assembly Operator - CPR Simulation, and play a

key role in supporting our mission of Helping Save Lives! You'll be responsible for

configuring, refurbishing, and shipping Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal

for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in

healthcare outcomes.

Position Overview :

This position is responsible for performing configuration of RQI inventory, to meet customer's needs, based on data supplied by the Lead Specialist or Manager.

and / or

Responsible for performing physical RQI Exchange Manikin Refurb process, and Exchange Laptop Refurb process, maintaining finished refurb inventory, and shipping exchange RQI units to existing customers, based on Service Orders entered by RQI Support Specialists.

Position Schedule :

  • Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
  • Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm

Position Pay Rate :

  • $15.50 per hour
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Configure RQI systems, including update / loading of PC from MDT system
  • Perform Work Orders in QAD to consume inventory used in product builds RQI Service Support
  • Perform RQI Service product repair and refurb process
  • Perform Work Orders in QAD to stock finished refurb units
  • Able to perform RMA shipments in QAD of refurb RQI units, based on Service Orders entered by RQI Support Specialists
  • Qualifications / Competencies / Position Requirements :

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Ability to follow safety practices and principles
  • Ability to utilize MS Office software effectively
  • Ability to set-up and manipulate software installations
  • Must be able to work under short timelines and pressure while maintaining delivery demands
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with attention to quality and thoroughness
  • Willing and able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage demands in connection with delays or unexpected events
  • Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 years' warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Physical Demands :

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Digital dexterity and hand / eye coordination in operation of equipment
  • Regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and move about the facility
  • Ability to communicate with customers and / or other team members via phone or in person
