Job descriptionEnsure accuracy of financial reporting and operational KPIs. Oversee budgeting, vendor invoicing, and expense reconciliation. Manage AP / AR processes, credit evaluations, and customer payment terms. Monitor sales fluctuations and provide root cause analysis to executive leadership. Lead full cycle HR processes including hiring, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations. Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and employee training programs. Build a positive workplace culture through coaching, remediation, and recognition. Manage staffing needs, agency coordination, and performance reviews. Approve vendor invoices, purchase requests, and credit references. Negotiate service contracts and oversee building / maintenance vendor proposals. Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP / business systems. Bachelor's degree required, advanced certifications a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong financial literacy including AP / AR oversight, costing, and credit evaluation. Proven HR management experience (hiring, onboarding, employee relations). 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, finance, or business administration. Exposure to noise, equipment, and temperature variations. Requires sitting, standing, and light lifting of office materials. Office based with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor. Our client is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, operations, and customer / vendor management. This role ensures organizational health, regulatory compliance, and financial integrity while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving efficiency and growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Establish annual cost rates and oversee ERP / operational systems.
- Lead ISO internal audits and management reviews to maintain compliance.
- Direct all administrative, operational, and HR functions to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Represent the company in customer / vendor meetings and serve as the primary liaison.
