Physician / MD qualifications required) Gastroenterology - GI Hospitalist opportunity in Chattanooga, TN

Seeking a Gastroenterologist for inpatient care with expertise across the full spectrum of gastrointestinal disease treatment for the patients that turn to our system for care. This opportunity is well-suited for physicians passionate about providing comprehensive inpatient services in a unique practice model.

Candidates with Interventional or Advanced procedure training are welcomed but not required. As an integrated health system, candidates will enjoy a highly collaborative environment with the ability to network with many complimentary specialties. Beyond the local markets vast resources, candidates will also have the ability to work with like-minded colleagues through the connections of our non-profit healthcare system.

About the Position :

Average of two weeks per month; with an alternating Monday through Friday week on | week off schedule

Scheduled Monday through Friday; 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, alternating weeks

Take new IP consults, IP rounding on GI service, perform IP endoscopy

Dedicated scoping schedule

24-hour call during weekdays only

As a newly launched service model, candidates will have a colleague that will be their off-week partner

Experience in Interventional and Advanced Endoscopy (ERCP and EUS) welcome but not required

On-site Surgical, Interventional Radiology, Bariatric, Oncology, Pathology and more
