Job Description We are conducting a
confidential search for a dependable and detail-oriented
Medical Receptionist to join a growing healthcare practice. This position is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient service, and front-desk support.
Key Responsibilities - Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and manage high-volume phone calls and patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient check-in/check-out, including collecting payments when needed
- Assist with administrative duties to support the medical team
- Maintain organized records and follow office procedures
Qualifications - Previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred (minimum 1 year ideal)
- MediClear Certification or CHP Credential
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn medical office software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive patient interactions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits - Hourly pay: $25 - $35, depending on experience
