Position Overview We’re looking for a self-directed and creatively driven Photo & Video Content Creator to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is central to producing impactful visual content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across a variety of platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling photo and video assets for brand campaigns featured on our website, Amazon storefront, B2B collateral, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and at live events. Adam’s Polishes & B&B Blending is seeking a Graphic Designer with the goal of supporting the visual branding for all sales channels. This mainly includes packaging, such as labels, boxes, flyers, etc. and other marketing and communications materials. This position reports into the sales manager and will collaborate with commercial teams. The Graphic Designer will be a key resource in delivering top-of-the-line assets for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video long form and short form content for campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, and paid ads.

Capture product, lifestyle, and event photography that aligns with the brand’s tone and marketing goals.

Create visual content for brand campaigns featured on our website, Amazon, B2B presentations, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and live events.

Own the full production cycle — including storyboarding, directing, lighting, audio, shooting, and post-production.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize ideas that align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and strategic initiatives.

Maintain and organize digital asset libraries to ensure quick access to brand content.

Stay up to date on industry trends and platform-specific best practices for photo and video content.

Ensure all visual assets meet brand standards and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in photo and video production.

Advanced knowledge of camera systems, lighting setups, sound equipment, and editing workflows.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).

Experience producing both short-form (TikTok, Reels) and long-form (YouTube, product tutorials) video content.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

A robust portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work — with examples relevant to e-commerce or lifestyle brands.

Preferred Skills Motion graphics or animation knowledge (After Effects, etc.).

Automotive enthusiasm or detailing knowledge is a major plus.

Studio and outdoor lighting expertise.

Comfortable directing talent or appearing on camera when needed.

Location & Commitments Full time role based out of our headquarters in Denver, Colorado - Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) with occasional travel.

This role is expected to be in our office from 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday.

Overtime may be required to ensure projects are completed on time.

Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary.

Pay Details $20.00-25.00 / hour
