About the Role
We’re looking for multiple highly motivated and experienced Lead Service Technicians (Levels 1–4) to join our growing team at our Pittsburgh, PA branch . If you’re a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and want to lead a team of technicians—this is the place for you.
You’ll report to our Branch Service Supervisor while enjoying autonomy in the field and dispatching directly from home.

- Hourly Rate : $35–$55 / hr
(Includes $3.00 / hr Service Incentive Pay)

Travel : Up to 30%(Most deployments are 4 nights or fewer)

What You'll DoLead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians in a high-stress, fast-paced environment to consistently exceed client expectationsPersonally own project performance, including gross profit, timelines, and quality—deliver projects on time and under budgetServe as the primary point of escalation for your team within the Service Department, taking full accountability for outcomesAct as a technical resource and hands-on trainer for junior technicians, fostering skill development and team growthPerform expert-level electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on cranes, hoists, lifts, and rigging equipmentLead and participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and field repairs—either independently or alongside your teamConduct and document OSHA / MSHA-compliant inspections, ensuring all safety standards are exceededLog time, parts, and reports using Fulcrum (iPhone app)Participate in the 24 / 7 on-call rotation and be ready to answer the call whenever needed, including emergency service situations when not actively on callChampion and uphold our "safety-first" and "unmatched client service” mindsetsDrive team morale and promote a positive, accountable work environmentCollaborate closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate logistics, resolve issues, and ensure smooth executionProactively identify project opportunities and log leads for the sales team to support business growthWork with leadership to implement and improve internal policies, processes, and procedures for service excellenceManage aggressive project schedules, adapting to field challenges while maintaining focus on profitability and customer satisfaction✅ Your Experience & Skills
Electrical, mechanical, and rigging experience requiredLeadership experience requiredValid driver’s license (no more than 2 current moving violations)Able to lift / move 80 lbs. and work at heights or in confined spacesComfortable with fast-paced, client-driven field service workBonus points (and ????) for :Crane Operator Certification (NCCCO)
