Associate Vice President, Product Manager

Direct and manage all aspects of the product development and delivery of the company’s Smart Customer Mobile, Smart Mobile Workforce, and Smart iQ proprietary software solutions. Develop and execute strategies for the design and implementation of product solutions that align with the company’s goals and customer requirements. Prepare implementation plans which outline the scope, goals, phases, and timelines for the delivery of software solutions. Lead project delivery for customers across the globe and oversee the product delivery team throughout all stages of the implementation process and ensure that each component of clients’ requirements is met. Review new software solutions during the design stages and recommend changes in order to meet company and industry quality assurance standards. Conduct project evaluations and product implementation reviews at the end of each project and make recommendations on how to improve product development and implementation efficiency. Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to plan the release of client-facing features and develop strategies to promote the strengths of clients’ software products. Schedule project meetings, development planning discussions, strategy reviews, and walkthroughs. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and industry trends and identify enhanced business use cases, technology features, and other opportunities to provide additional value to the company’s clients.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

The position requires a Master’s degree in Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or an IT related position. This requirement may be substituted with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or an IT related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure Cloud Technology, Agile Project Management, and AMI Architecture.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Incidental Travel – 1% of the time, not more than several days a few times a year.

40 hours / week.

Wage : $226,034.00 per year
