Excellent Culture built on teamwork and service - We VALUE our employees and customers Lead a great group of selectors and work closely with Transportation, Customer Service, and Buyers to provide awesome service and efficient operations. Plan, coordinate, and manage all processes and procedures of the night shift relating to pulling, picking, fulfillment, and loading Perform management functions of weekly schedules to meet labor budgets and necessary deadlines for procurement and route times Conduct daily shift meetings recapping wins and losses from the previous day, important information about the current night, and any other pertinent company information Organize routes, pick sheets, and labels Order pre-cut products from our processing plant utilizing inventory reports to fulfill the current day’s demand Proactively communicate with other departments about any issues or information key to their success Achieve continuous improvement in productivity and labor costs by setting expectations, providing feedback, establishing improved processes and driving change Foster a team environment built around product quality, efficient operations and strong work ethic Foster a team culture where everyone is focused on our customers and is willing to step up and support other members of the team as needed Maintain a safe work environment and be an advocate on safety in the workplace Minimum of 3 Years successful management experience in a warehouse setting Experience in the Food Service Industry Experience using ERP systems Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to work flexible hours depending on workload Strong leader ready to train, coach and mentor employees Ability to make decisions, problem-solve, prioritize and direct department activities Must have computer skills including MS Word, Excel and ability to learn new systems Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in a refrigerated facility for extended times Ability to bend and lift with up to 70 pounds Ability to move on and off equipment

Frog Holler Produce seeks an experienced 3rd Shift Foodservice Shipping Supervisor to join our thriving team. Frog Holler delivers the freshest produce and specialty foods to Ann Arbor , Grand Rapids, Toledo, and metro Detroit’s best restaurants, hotels, and sporting arenas! The Night Shipping Manager will lead a team of selectors to ensure the safe and efficient picking and selecting of customers' orders and manage the loading process of palletized orders on our delivery trucks.
