- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown.
- Ensure all events comply with company standards and client satisfaction.
- Provide post-event evaluations and recommendations for improvements.
