Job Description
Primary Purpose of Role : The Travel & Expense Manager is responsible for supervising the company's global travel and expense program, including policy governance, corporate credit card administration, Concur system management, and vendor relationships. This role ensures cost-efficient travel management, robust internal oversight, while maintaining detailed accrual financial reports and improving employee travel satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proving experience of public company compliance requirements (SOX, audit, tax). 5+ years of corporate / global travel management experience. Previous management or proven experience of leading a team. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership. Shown SAP Concur T&E administration expertise (configuration, workflows, troubleshooting, reporting). Strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills. Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost savings initiatives.
Experience : Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field (Master's a plus). SAP Concur Advanced Configuration Certification (plus, not required). GBTA Global Travel Professional (GTP) or Certified Corporate Travel Executive (CCTE). CVENT Supplier Management / hotel sourcing experience.
Scope Factors : Manage a ~$9M (2026 forecast) travel program. Travel base of ~1,450 frequent travelers. Support corporate credit card program with more than 1300 cardholders. Manage 1 direct report and support global team members supporting T&E management.
