Key Responsibilities :
- Full project ownership from contract to closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, quality control, and safety programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
- Drive solutions to challenges, proactively managing risk and resolving issues.
- Maintain compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects from start to finish.Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar project management software preferred.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.What’s in It for You :
