Key Responsibilities :

• Full project ownership from contract to closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, quality control, and safety programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
• Drive solutions to challenges, proactively managing risk and resolving issues.
• Maintain compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
